We will bill most insurance companies for you, with the information you provided prior to appointment. We also offer a 3-5% discount when you pay your full balance due (of $300 or more) at the time of service.
If you do not find what you are looking for in our website, we are happy to schedule a meeting with our Patient Coordinator to discuss a treatment plan and budget with you.
